Yes! We did, it was an amazingly quiet, just up a dirt road, put your tent anywhere sort of situation. It was nice and no one bothered us at all.
And the cool added bonus- if we had gotten hungry, we could have gone back to the "store" where the old woman was and purchased pickled eggs from a big egg jar she had on her front counter. :)
